• When you communicate with Milim Dental Hospital for the first time, our patient coordinators will listen to your needs and concerns and our teledental team will conduct a video call with you. This way, wherever you are, you can meet our professionals before you come to Milim Dental Hospital.
• Some documents related to your medical history, such as your previous x-rays, old treatment records (if any) and photos of your teeth, will be requested from you by our teledentistry team.
• After our doctors have reviewed the information you have provided, our patient coordinator will schedule a meeting between you and our dentists. Your doctor will share his or her findings with you and together you will decide how to best achieve your dental health goals.
• After your doctor and you have agreed to the necessary procedures, the estimated costs will be discussed with you and your dental treatment will be planned. In the next phase, our patient coordinators will assist you in creating your travel and accommodation plan.
• When you arrive at the airport, your driver and shuttle will be waiting at the airport to take you to your hotel.
